A key to your success is understanding your job responsibilities, having regular communications with your manager regarding your work, and understanding the workplace guidelines and policies of Creighton University.

Administrative Pay Deductions and Corrections
Federal and state laws require that federal, state, and local income taxes be deducted from an employee's compensation. The University follows federal and state law accordingly.
Federal Wage and Hour Regulations
Non-exempt (hourly) employees (those who are paid on a bi-weekly basis) shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half times pay for hours worked in excess of 40 hours in a workweek. Non-working time paid by the University for sick leave, holidays, vacation, funeral, or personal time off is not included when determining overtime pay. Employees are required to obtain supervisory approval prior to working any overtime hours. The University defines a workweek as Saturday through Friday.

We work to reduce obstacles and foster an environment that is welcoming and inclusive to all Creighton community members. It brings together a number of important university initiatives regarding Affirmative Action, ADA, Anti-Harassment and Discrimination.
